Just posting this here to see if anyone has the same issue. I have a brand new 2013 with just 5k miles on it and apparently it has an oil leak in the turbine. I went under and checked everything and the oil its coming from under the turbine, oil its coming down to the rack and pinion, but the crank seems fine and no other issue. The car has no mods whatsoever and i dont have a heavy feet, daily driven. Anyone going through this?

Today i got my Gen back from the dealer, they told me that the bolts on the oil return line were not tighten enough, they replaced the gasket and tighten them and the problem was solved. One of the bolts its plain accessible but the other one its a tight fit and the turbo charger has to be taken apart, at least the cold side of it. I highly recommend that the dealer do this job if your car is under warranty, in my case i was without my car a full day.

Glad it got fixed.
A few more with loose bolts too. Makes me glad I took apart the exhaust manifold & turbo already. It wasn't all that bad to do. The whole manifold/turbine housing thing reminds me of the SRT-4's & the PT Cruiser's. I want to buy a used one and port & polish it.

Mine was leaking after any long highway driving after shut down. My oil return hose from the turbo was all wet with fresh oil so i decided to get it fixed up. Mine was mostly leaking around the lower hose clamp. (upper oil pan side)

This can be done from below with out taking off the turbo it is VERY tight though since is raps around the passenger side engine mount.
Took some pic's for your guys.

Here's all the parts and gaskits you will need to change the hole turbo oil return hose/pipe assembly

I bought my son a 2011 2.0 coupe about 3 years ago. We took it back 3 times to the dealer, and they said it was "fixed". "oil line to cool turbo was loose", "clamp was in the wrong place" yada yada., etc. He just came home for spring break, and I found an oil spot on my stone driveway where just he parked his car!!! Not happy. I don't know if it is the same deal, but later today we'll get into it and see. The dealer was nice, but this is frustrating. The 3rd time we had it in they had to keep it overnight for a "dealer expert" to come in and check it out.

Bump..sorry but I recently had my car inspected and the mechanic also told me that I had a turbo line leak and my engine oil is running low.. Where is the 10mm bolt located that I have to tighten? I'm a complete newb when it comes to engine components. I have a 2010 2.0T auto btw

From the looks of that picture its right behind the oil filter which is on the passenger side near the control arms and turbo underneath the car. I'm also having an oil leak after having a new short block installed by the dealer about 8k km ago, and it doens't seem to be coming from the actual filter (had an oil change about 1.5k km ago, so figured it might not have been tight enough). Gonna take a look at this now. I could place where it was dripping from, but it seems to be coming from a hole in the subframe below the rack. But it's not P/S Fluid, so this seems like it might be the right direction. Hopefully.....

Yeah I've got nothing. I was hoping someone could help me out here. Hahaha.

Maybe it'll help someone else in the future who happens to be blind and have no hands to feel his way around underneath the car. :p
