I'm going to install my o2 housing but there is one stud on the top that's really tight all the rest break free. If I break the stud will it be ok to ride with 4 until I have the stud repaired? I have PB blasted the hell out of them and it frees for one full turn then gets really tight. What do you guys think?
Get a stud removal kit and a handheld propane torch at any sears or tool house. They work great if needed. You will have a little exhaust leak until you fix, but you will be fine otherwise.
I messed with it today and the nut just spins on the bolt. I think I'm going to take it some where and have it done. Just have to find somewhere in Houston that can repair and install the o2 housing.
Had the stud replaced and o2 housing installed by Sals Auto Sport in Houston Tx. They did a great job and my car runs really good.
