GenRacer ftw! I ordered a mxp exhaust from them. When it got to me UPS had smashed it up.

GenRacer had me a brand new exhaust delivered before ups even picked up the damaged one.

Excellent customer service! They're my first stop for parts orders.

I purchased my Eibach ProKit Springs from Andrew,

I have 2 GENRACER decals on my car. It's the least I could do to spread the word about this GREAT vendor. Andrew and Matt have always dealt with my barrage of questions.

I purchased a Cp-e intake from GenRacer, and got it in today. It was purchased on the 20th of last month, and Andrew was quick to let me know it was out-of-stock, and when I should expect it. Kept me up-to-date up until I got a notice from UPS that it was inbound.

I'm glad I was kept informed, and didn't have to just sit around twittling my thumbs wondering where my intake was, or if I'd ever get it. I will definitely be giving you my money in the future! Thanks. -Josh

Even though the wheel I was looking for was unavailable, I have to say I was very impressed with my dealings with Andrew over the last couple days.

All my questions were quickly and clearly answered. And when it came time to cancel the order I had put in, the cancelation on Paypal and notification by Andrew were just a quickly taken care of.


VERY impressive customer service. I won't hesitate to look them up again in the future.

Man Andrew, are you absolutely sure you can't get that wheel? After a couple weeks of dealing with various companies, online and in person, I am convinced you folks are the only ones with knowledge of the concept of customer service!

I got my cp-e intake from GenRacer as well.. service was great and it shipped so fast! Thanks Andrew! Intake is awesome. (thanks cp-e.. haha) I'm sure I'll be getting stuff from you guys in the future. :bigthumbup:

I purchased my injen cai from them as well as my hks exhaust and eibach prokit.
TOP NOTCH service.
I will always go to them if they carry the product i want.

Yesterday I recieved my 5Zigen ZR+520 wheels that I ordered from GenRacer.

Andrew was absolutely first class! Answered all my noob questions without making me feel like one. The wheels go on the car Monday, can't wait to see the final result.


Now, if only they can fix the rep system so I can thank them permanently.

Yeah, UPS ain't exactly on my Christmas card list either (wheels took a week and a half to get from Montreal to Halifax.........LOL) , but so far as the experience with GenRacer it was first class

I got 3 pairs of wheel spacers, stance coilovers, and an aem intake from genracer.

Andrew has taken great care of me each time! Hitting someone up on aim to place an order makes things so much easier.

They have great pricing, and great service. A hard to beat combo! I have only had one other dealer that has never let me down besides GenRacer, but he was from when I dealt with mazdaspeeds.
