What front lip and what sides are those? Nice and smooth and subtle. Very clean looking car.

Brand new DSLR...this is the only one that actually was even close to focus...I need some help!!!
^^ dont take this the wrong way but
you are right sir, you need some help

two words

tripod
or
light

for beginner i would suggest at least always to shoot at 1/160 handheld

its was very dark so
you want to lower F possible
you were shooting probably around 1/15 thats too slow because youre shaking a bit

so you want to either use the flash at (1/160) or cranking up the iso to 3200 (may be grainy depending on camera)

with a tripod you can go 1 second or 2 instead of 1/160 and you will get all the light thats available without the shaking (just make sure you use the 2 second trigger to make sure you didnt shake the camera )

im in no way a pro but i think that might help you understand why its so blurry

if you have more questions dont hesitate to send me a pm

Go out & take some daytime pics ! Keep your shutter low if your not using a tripod.

A large aperture is a small f/stop number (f/1.4, f/2, f/2.8 ).
A small aperture is a large f/stop number (f/12, f/18, f/32).
A large aperture will let in more light, but will have a smaller (narrow) depth of field.
A small aperture will let in less light, but will have a larger (wide) depth of field.

A lower ISO will produce a higher quality image but requires more light to expose a picture.
A higher ISO will produce a lower quality image but requires less light to expose a picture. ISO controls how sensitive the camera is to that light. The lower the ISO, the less sensitive the camera is. In other words, a lower ISO will require more light to properly expose a picture than a higher ISO. As you increase ISO you are effectively decreasing the quality of your picture. While it's very hard to see a difference between ISO 100 and 200, ISO 800 or higher is extremely noticeable. On most cameras, taking a picture at ISO 1600 is completely worthless.
