Hi: I have some problems with the CMD and had to remove it from the car.
    1) Pending 0107 and 0237 fault codes - checked MAP signal both in MCC and Torque and showed no change. Checked connection with no luck. Signal is normal with factory plug
    2) Connected wideband2 and enabled it on MCC. Populated the target lambda table but trim tables never got populated after a few days. Config settings were identical to your examples on the forum. Maybe it's because MAP signal wasn't being read
    3) Needless to say car was running real bad
    4) When I connected the CMD the first time I had the same "No MAP" signal issue. I removed the plug and put it back and it solved the issue. Then it re-appeared.
    5) Is there a way to test CAN communication between CMD and WB2?
    Regards, Wilfredo

Not sure if I'm too late or if my location/schedule will work for you, but I live 4 hours away in Redlands, CA - I've got a 2013 2.0T R-Spec Genesis. I would be more than willing to leave on an early Saturday or even Friday night and stay for a weekend if need be.

EDIT: lol - thought this was a PM - now I realize it is public. Let me resend.

    Hey,

I am hahving some issues with my CMD. While datalogging, playing back the log file and following the instructions to the T, no cells are filled during playback in the histogram.

After 4 failed attempts at getting readings, the CMD status light started flashing very quickly (faster than bootloader mode).

If I put the CMD into bootloader mode and try the recovery, it works, but once the recovery is complete the status light continues flashing very fast and in the MCC the CMD is "not connected".

    Any ideas?

Thanks, and any input would be greatly appreciated.

The CMD comes pre-loaded with a ZERO map. This means that it will not make any changes to the car when installed. This is to facilitate your logging for clamp values. As installed, the car will run exactly as it did prior to installation and you can drive without a problem (assuming the car ran properly before installation).

Please redirect all enquiries to tech@dynojetcmd.com for faster response.

I purchased a new dynojet cmd for my 2.0 gen coupe. From what ive read i can install the cmd, start the car, and go without a problem. Is this correct? Or will i need to load a base tune before it will work?

Hello Benny. Please send your requests to tech@dynojetcmd.com for help. We will not be able to create a custom map for you, that achieves your boost goals, with the car not present though. Each car, with different levels of modifications, is different.

First, the CMD has nothing to do with the bypass valve - so any problem there is either the valve or the ECU commanding it. What code was set by the CEL?

We cannot offer a map for a car/setup that we have not seen. You will have to have the car dyno tuned by a local shop to get the setup with cams correct.
