I know I have seen several new members that claim to be in the seattle area, so where are you guys? Anyone up for a meet? KPR is organizing it, we need more coupe's involved!

Another GC noob here as well & I'm prolly game too. I'm looking at CBE's right now but it might help to see some in person as well as other mods too. Just ordered the R2C intake earlier today, this will be my 1st mod, dying for a tune but I need to make up my mind on a CBE 1st.

Personally i have always done exhaust first(good all around upgrade), nice little preformance upgrade, nice sound, and i got black tips so i nice visual effect haha. I just got my custom tru dual put on with black tips and i couldnt be happier.

I want the r2c next, karsten you gotta come and let me take a look at it. why going with the cat back instead of the dual? just curious

I've been watching youtube exhaust clips like crazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyy. I need to see some/hear some exhaust setups in person. I can't make up my mind. From my understanding from what I've read the true dual can be a bit loud for my likes, but I may be wrong. My last car 2005 mustang GT ripped and over time it was a bit much. I've been leaning towards the ingen exhaust as of late, I really like the Sterling F1 variable but it's hard to justify 2g's for such minimal gains, though the sound is amazing, at least on vid. I went with the intake 1st simply because after thorough research it looks like it's the best intake out there, plus it's a bigger hp per buck. Exhaust is still up air, like I said want to hear some in person first ya know.

Ya i feel ya, my true dual is a bit louder then i would have wanted for sure. but it i think it still sounds amazing and deleting the second cat is worth it for sure. but its all about taste so if you meet up with us you can hear some different ones in person. if krak came then you could hear it catless, sexy, and loud as all hell.

Personally I couldn't justify even a grand for what most of the aftermarket exhausts do, 5 hp for a grand is madness. thats why i went custom through guys on the site that know what they are doing for power, far cheaper and i got sexy black tips put on. come meet up and see what you like
also r2c definitely seems like the best bang for your buck out there, i cant wait to order mine

Who knows any good tune shops in the seattle area?

My car is bone stock and all i can really afford is a reflash (essential for a little track time) and some spare race tires. And maybe an intake soon. But i have a very low budget.
Price estimate for a 3.8?

I recently got a 2010 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Grand Touring. I'm looking at getting a bolt-on cat back exhaust like the Magnaflow. Are there recommendations for shops within 25 miles of Seattle or Redmond that can professionally install one? Or should I ask a dealership? I'm a total newbie when it comes to this.
