Spotted:
Black GC - You were heading south on I5 Between Bellingham and Mt. Vernon and I was heading north (Red GC). This was on Sunday, January 30th, at ~4pm.
Friday night (25th) around 9pm, silver coupe, just north of Kelso on I5 heading south. I pulled up next to you in my coupe, honked/waved, you looked at me funny, I pulled ahead and then you flashed your lights at me after you figured out why I was honking/waving.
Monday mid-day (28th) around 11, blue coupe, I can't remember where we were on I5 (Centralia?) but you were heading south and I was heading north. I didn't see you until the last minute and the cement barrier was blocking my view so all I saw was the top of your car.
Monday around 1pm between Bellingham and Mt. Vernon. I was heading north and you were heading south. You have a red coupe. It's unlikely you saw me as this was on a corner and the northbound lane was about 50ft below the southbound lane. I saw a flash of red, looked up, and it was a coupe.
