Hey preston nfs, I'm guessing I've seen your car a few times last summer. I have a grey 2.0 6 speed base car, bought it at Ontario last april. Stored it since dec took it out yesterday. There are a few other coupes in Durham. I have seen a few greys and a red and a white one. I will watch for you this spring.

Lucky Lady Indeed

I picked up my 3.8 yesterday in the light blue colour--after I had gone to the hospital for some tests and spotted one in the parking lot--exactly the same as mine!! Would love to meet the owner--esp. if he's a single 'mature' man!! At least I know he has good taste.

Will take forever to get through the owner's manual--could have done that today but hit the road instead. I have to learn that the gas pedal is far more responsive than my last one--don't want to peel rubber at a Stop sign.

Dealer was great--everything went smoothly and I have my baby over 2 weeks early--what else could I ask for?

Looking forward to the meet in Markham. That will be my first long trip--doing tax returns now.......................gotta love April.

congrats on the car...you got the best color, now i won't feel weird at the meet with the only aqua blue there...lol

I've been kicking myself for not sticking with my decision to go with the aqua blue. I switched to red at the last minute. Today I parked it in front of a Ferrari and, you know, the GC looked better. They're not styling the Ferraris the way they used to back in the 60's. I guess they're cheaper to make without all the compound curves.

Newbie here

Hey everyone,
just joined the forum and wanted to say Hi.

We picked up our 2.0 last night - White / Premium / Upgraded nose - lower grills and absolutely love it.

We're in the Burlington area, but you'll probably see us all over the GTA putting some clicks on it.

This forum seems to be really good and I look forward to learning more about the car and maybe getting to know some of the local folks.

I've got another 2.0 turbo - SKY Redline - so, I guess in a sense I've got 'twin turbos' :).

Its gonna be a fun summer...

Hey all!
So my Blue beauty got hit last night!:( Old dude was waiting to make a right and decided to back-up without looking anywhere ... f'ed up the bumper fairly deep and ripped the plate off with some deep gashes...
Anybody have any recommendations on places to fix the bumper? Or would the entire bumper need to be replaced? Anyone have an idea of costing for a new bumper c/w paint!?
Thanks!

#140 ·
I don't know the cost but the best damn body shop I've ever used -- and the cheapest -- is TC (three crooks) who do all the movie cars and beemers and jags that get damaged on the ships. They're on Polson, near the Docks. I've been using them for over 20 years. Tell them the computer guy sent you. If they still don't know, tell 'em I had a Subaru.

it's all about insurance, don't cheap out on fixing your car that's forsure!!

Ya you're probably right! I just got back from Cooksville and they estimated it at $800 or so...plus 2 days off the road to fix/sand/fix up the scratches / paint ... etc ... I gotta call this dude that hit me later and let him know otherwise it's insurance claim time:( LOL

Apparently I can't post attachments so I won't be putting the pic up:(
