Good job on the decision.
Personally, I am not a fan of that rear bumper. You need to complete it with the full kit (which the front I am not crazy about), drop and rims, not just rocking the rear.
The first time I saw the Vega bumper I thought "that's kind of cool" but the more I look at it the more I don't like it. I would like to get the Ixion Rear Diffusor just added to my stock bumper. I have my new grill on but the car is always so messy with winter - will wait for spring for pics.
G
yeah lol, winter is brutal with regards to the whole keeping a clean car deal...
I just ordered an OEM bumper and have sequence sideskirts, Prodigy front lip, and M&S eyelines and type D grill coming soon! Yay! The GC goes in for surgery in a couple weeks!
i can't honestly say I like any rear bumber that has been introduced yet to the market. The stock one just flows perfect and when you accent it with a rear diffusor, it's a master piece!
Its def. hard to beat thats for sure. The only thing that that really brings the OEM bumper down is the flat black paint used. Looks like cheap plastic, same with the front fog area and the grill (bleck). I think I will get those areas painted Gloss Black to make them really stand out better.
Yeah I totally agree with you. I had painted my rear diffuser gunmetal just for that reason, now i have a CF one, same with the front bezels. The last thing I want to get rid of is that flat black cheap plasticy look on the side mirror bases. i wish they would come out with CF mirrors.
lol, belaire wanted like ~$360 a month from me, so I stayed with SF. I am primary driver and under 25. I tried the cooperators and they wanted more even though I would get a discount from my work.
Everyone do yourselves a favour and don't rear end anyone lol! At fault accidents suck... (glad I didn't have my GC then)
When I was 21 i had 3 speeding ticket, and 3 sports cars, my insurance was only 3000grand a year.
One of my best friends is 22 and has a C5 vette and a new jeep cheroke and only pays 2700 a year.
I know when I was 16 i was paying 300/month on an old rusty ford tempo, and when i got my first ticket they trie to put me with facility @ 8000/year lfmao
The thing is, insurance when in the city (Markham, GTA) is alot more than insurance outside of the city (Milton, Guelph) so that's most likely the contributing factor.

Apparently its for the people with a TD Drivers Rewards Visa Card.
Ive been told thats either TD Visa Gold cardholders or members of TD Auto Club (their own version of CAA) but I just used my plain old TD Green VISA and it worked.
Went to the autoshow yesterday and ran to the hyundai section and just admired the coupe for like 2 hours lol. The guy wouldn't say anything about the 2012 version ahah
I asked Mississauga Hyundai if they would install a forge bov for me and if I could keep it under warranty and they said they would look into it... I'll keep you posted...
Im 99.99% sure they wont. I asked them if I bought the Eibach Pro-Kit myself and took it to them to install, if Id still be covered under warranty. They said no, Id have to buy it from them AND install it with them.
So I highly doubt it. Just install it, and if youre really worried, take it off and replace with the stock BPV when you go in for service.
This is what I can see from my office all day.
Talk about distracting...
