2013 Depo Racing Genesis 2.0t O2 housing, this came out really nice, super solid, starts out with a huge bell mouth and then tapers down to a 3" outlet. $ 169.95 plus ship.
- Straight through design (test pipe) eliminates restricted cat section.
hahaha, yeah I started this months ago, then sent to my guy to make them. I paid for a mold, cast is nice, no welds to crack on the turbo side, my Evo X is like this.
wish someone would start making a one piece O2 and down to bolt up to secondary or test pipe. less chance for leaks, more than likely an overall lighter piece. It would just be so much cleaner!!
I had a problem bolting a 2010-2012 downpipe(racepipe) to my OEM primary cat -- the OEM bolts were wider than the DP flange. How do the holes on your O2 compare to the OEM O2? Are they more narrow, or does the 3" opening make them wider? Is this a 3" opening?
Could you post a bolted up comparison of OEM vs. Depo to show how the alignment may work with our current setups?
Will this cause excessive waste gate rattle I just installed the NGM o2 housing and now my car sounds like a tin can. Is there any guarantee this one wont do the same as I'm removing this NGM one tomorrow as its a big piece if S$@&!
I don't have long term data, I'm a small business, but by the looks of the NGM its has welded pieces to form the turbo side, mine is one hefty cast part. Not knocking the NGM, Its a lot easier then having a mold made.
get a spark plug anti fouler from auto parts store, it basically is a extender for the o2 sensor takes it out of the exhaust stream, guys have been doing this for 10 years.
What size thread are the bungs on this O2 housing?
