Yes, these wheels are casted. Its still pretty early for pricing but I believe MSRP will be around $225.00 for the 19x9.5+15 and $235.00 for the 19x10.5 +12's. As soon as we get our price sheet, we can see what cost we can provide for our customers. We're hoping to sell them at $800 a set!
These wheels will be available in Machined Silver, Hyper Black, Matte Black and White. With more gauging interest in the future, I'm sure Square wheels will provide more color options for their line of wheels.
We just test fitted them on our Genesis Coupe and they look really really good. Fits absolutely perfect. Running a 235/35/19 up front, 275/35/19 in the rear, although a 265/30/19 should fit much better out back.
I've got my G8's over the 4th of July... just waiting to order tires... I'm very excited. Enjuku racing owns!! I'll post some pics once I've got them on!!
one Question to Enjuku: Did you put on spacers? I don't think they are needed, but didn't testfit my rears yet. Fronts looked hella nice!
We can't really recommend tire sizes but we have seen good results on with 235/35/19's or 245/35/19's up front and for the rears 265/35/19's or 275/35/19's.
Unfortunately these wheels are built only in 19x9.5-15 / 19x10.5+12.
You couldn't really bring up the offset unless you shave down the back pad of the wheel but we do not recommend it. You can fit a 275/30/19 on the rears but a 265/30/19 would be a better fit. That is if you are not slamming your car and looking to tuck tire or anything.
I am looking to purchase a set of square g8's for my gen coupe 2013 base model. I will be lowered on BC coils but wanted to know if the red gen coupe with the white g8's you guys test fitted them of had rolled fenders or spacers? I'm looking to get a nice fit and have to doing the least amount of modifications to the fenders. Would you recommend 18x9.5 on all 4 or 19's? Please let me know what you think! Thanks
On our red shop car we ran a 275/30/19 also on BC coilovers. For best tire clearance we did a very slight fender pull - around 3mm-5mm. Front fenders were rolled flat. No spacers were used at all. 18x9.5 are a little small for the Genesis but I have seen many pull on 18's quite nicely. You should be fine running the staggered 19x9.5/19x10.5 and you can run 19x9.5 all around if you want to play it safe.
