Importshark - BEWARE

Hey Guys

I am here to log another story about importshark in the hopes of preventing it from happening to anyone else

I purchased a Matte Black - Sequence Mini-Diffuser on Jan 1st/2014 and sent $118.27 USD to importshark for the product aswell as shipping

I was emailed a few days later and informed that they were out of stock, and the expected wait time was 2-3 months. I agreed to wait as I was not going to install the piece for at least 4 months.

After many emails between 4-8 months I have heard nothing but "will ship in 4 weeks", "coming soon", "will ship shortly"...........and here I sit December 18th/2014 with NO PART or REFUND.

After around 8 months of waiting I asked for a refund, but of course the emails and PM's to Mike@importshark continue to go unanswered and I can assume completely ignored.

Basically they took my $118.27 USD and ran with it.............

We'll see if Mike wants to step up to the plate and make this situation right, which I am always open to discussion.

I will report back later to inform viewers how it continues to unfold.

I still have yet to receive my Matte Black - Sequence Mini-Diffuser which I ordered on Jan 1st/2014............I think waiting 12 months is more than generious.

Just curious what is going on with this part, or did you just take my money and run with it?

"Oh yea, we stole a whopping $100 or so and ran away with it. Calm down, we told you from the start that will be an extended wait and will honor the amount you paid. Yes, it's been a long time, but having items with detailed specs made isn't exactly easy, especially at such a low cost.

That being said, we just got in the final approved version and will be sending your order out as early as tomorrow. It's currently in the paint shop"


Still NO shipping information or tracking number

To my pleasent surprise I received a package today containing my mini-rear diffuser almost 12 FULL months after I ordered it......still no tracking number was EVER sent.

Other than a few minor blemishes and the fact it DID NOT contain the double sided tape as pictured I am happy to recieve it finally.

Make NO MISTAKE though, I am NOT a satisfied customer nor will I ever buy anything from Importshark again.

I have learned my lesson and can only hope that others abid my warnings......

Buyers BEWARE, and steer clear of Importskark at all costs.
