you can do burnouts.
just commit. "dump" the clutch... dont let it out slow.
then you wont slip, which if you do will toast the clutch quickly.
now will it hurt the clutch, yes over time it will.
there are springs in the center section of the clutch, when you engage it those springs ( during normal opperation ) dampen the twisting force when the clutch touches the flywheel.
think of twisting a rubber band. it absorbs some of the energy. so you get less "chatter"
now when you "dump" the clutch, you smash those springs fast, sometimes even breaking them out of the clutch disk.
i have seen smashed, broken, rubbed springs in clutches after going to the drag strip.
now can you do it, yeah you can. just realize that eventually...... you will need a clutch.
