*UPDATE*
So currently I'm using the PA 18 psi tune, but since my clutch is slipping in 4th and 5th gear I decided to turn down the boost with the EBC. If the reflash is setting the fuel for 18 psi, would it be bad to peak at 16.5 psi instead of 18? Cause I'm pretty sure I'm running rich (I know stock we already run rich), but could this be a problem if I'm running too rich? I don't have a way to measure AFR yet. I have an Apex'I Auto Timer that I got as a gift (before I knew it was not needed) and I want to install it cause it will show AFR which is the main reason why I want to use it.
