Question Is this leaking hose normal???

Yo,

Before anyone here bashes me I just want to say that yes, I am new. Whats up!?! Anyways, I'm very new to the forum as far as posting goes, but I have done my research. With that being said, I am pretty well versed when it comes to modding and I have a basic to intermediate understanding of whats going on for the most part. I work on my own car, I buy my parts and put them on myself, I know where to buy them, how to install springs, brakes, change tires, exhausts, I know about the canned tunes, the types of BOV's DV's, etc... However, I am not experienced as an actual mechanic. So there are parts that I don't know about yet. SO,

I was changing my serpentine belt yesterday and when I finished, I started the car, looked under my car for anything weird (sounds, leaks, blah blah blah) and I noticed a leak near the transmission.

I jacked the car up and sourced the leak coming from this odd looking hose and I'm not sure if these cars came with this or not??? Ive searched and searched and I can't find anything with this particular issue. Im thinking that the hose belongs somewhere and may have been cut?? or simply is some type of drop off hose. I joined a different forum asking the same question, but I am confident that there are more active and experienced users on here that could probably help me. Anyway I apologize if this is a stupid question!

Here is a photo:

The "hose" is directly to the right of the exhaust and next to the transmission for anyone that wants to double check their car..

as said AC drain. normal.

the evaporator in the car attracts moisture. It freezes. engine is turned off and/or ac turned off. ice thaws, and drains out, instead of getting your floors wet.
