i wish this was coming from an american company so we could get some details. ha anyone torn apart the v6 and guessed at power potential in a fi setup? if this is a 3,000$ kit, it makes the v6 so much more tempting.

Aren't turbo kits typically in the $5k range? I guess if it has potential to eat Corvettes and run with 911 Turbos (my dream car), saying it's tempting would be an understatement.

I have been reading up on these korean gen coupes and no info specific info. I mean they can let us know whats solid and whats not especially with the V6 because i can guarantee most U.S tuners have a hard on for 2.0t. There 8 months plus of experiance can really help us get info out for v6 so everyone can pick which model to get. Im really thorn on them as I dont know the FI potential for the V6 ..Share you bastards!!

Kits will probably be between 5-7k I'd guess. It all depends on the materials used and the quality of the hard parts used. I wouldn't build one with less then what is known to be good/consistent. Which sticks it around the range I've guessed.

Then if you want power like in this thread, you need to think about the cost of a built motor in some fashion or another.

Would need more details then that to know what size the turbo actually is(wheel specs, housings, etc).

Gotta love the sound of dumped wastegate/s. I'n wondering if/what they had for exhaust as well. But the car seems decently fast.

So this was on forged internals? Hmm. Too bad. I was really hoping that the stock pieces might be VQ style robust. Still might be but for some reason these guys though they needed to go so that's a bit of a downer.
