update.

dealer is just using fancy terms to make it sound better.

regardless if its a relfash or a new unit. its just an update, to a part already made.

but yeah, tell us what the outcome is.

So I just got home with the Coupe. It's snowed and i have summer tires so i couldn't test any high rpm shifts, but there is a difference for sure. RPM drop is much faster, and it even feels smoother. Way to go Hyundai

Hopefully Hyundai finally fixed the problem. I wonder how long before the US sees the update? Talked to my dealership and they have no idea when they will receive the update!

There already is a TSB update for the 3.8 for the US. Go to HMAService and you can pull it up by your VIN.
