they do the same thing here in MD
as far as the street racing go, yes im guilty of it, but i dont do it on busy roads, or during the day for that matter. Most of my street races are on empty roads late at night/early morning, like 1130pm-3am on a sunday night on 1 of 2 roads in my area.....one of which has about 1/4 mile uphill shut down on it which is convieniant(sp??)
