Before you get too excited you ought to read the latest motor trend. They get 0-60 in 4.9, 13.5 in 1/4 and .95 on the skid pad, and stops from 60 in 108 feet. That ain't too shabby. It basically costs the same as gen coupe and camaro. The options for consumers in the 30K coupes have never been so good (between 370, GC, Camaro, and Mustang). (BTW, that engine is basically the Bullit car from prior year).
