I am curious. If this is the extent of their technical training...
These documents are way to basic for anyone who would be working on the engine, as they would know most of this information already from their mechanics certification. It is way too technical for training documentation for anyone else would would be working with the car (management, sales, etc...)
I am wondering if these are more preliminary documentation from a time ago. Training manuals for specific car models are typically much much thicker and comprehensive. These are more like a losely technical overview of the tech.
Besides, I am pretty sure that any company would be severely pissed if one of their employees were to toss certainly copyrighted, proprietary documentation on a pre-production vehicle out on the net.
I still find the documents, while fascinating and containing some very interesting info, to be suspect, and will not make any judgment calls based on a word doc that was downloaded from a file sharing site...
Besides, as has been pointed out multiple times, the numbers listed just don't add up when you start to examine them. Not to discount whatever reputable source these came from, but the internet makes for easy douche-baggery...
