So what I want to know is how does this matter when something like 80-90% of road noise is from tires?

Are you really going to kill a blind person going 10 mph in a parking lot? And lets also mention the fact that only about 14% of the blind community has 100% vision loss. Also-> I want a government issued refund on my exhaust purchase and cold air intake purchase and another one for the value of my 10 speaker sound system for ensuring that my car is vision-impaired compliant.
