How can you say communication is not a problem? You said this product would be released within a few months a year ago. Why should the consumer believe what you say when you are inconsistent with your response. It took you two months to get laser parts. So if you reread this thread, you may notice that everything out of your month has been B.S.

Yes our deadlines shift all the time. We are trying out best to meet them.

This is really the reason there are few updates - things get shifted around and then we are all of a sudden a horrible company - such judging is easily prevented by keeping communication to a min.. Simply announcing the development.. and then announcing the release. Im sorry we were trying to give step by step updates - alas there are delays.

Or maybe not say anything and just roll out products like Apple does.

I do think the communication has been a bit lacking but I don't agree with CP-E putting out an inferior product. Having their products on my old Speed6 I can assure you they put out quality products.

fitment is perfect, gains are obviously noticeably, sound=deeper

I know I have been one of the most critical of Cp-e over the long delays for the intake, but I continue to wait. I haven't purchased an intake yet and after finally seeing this intake I am happy I didn't. The next two big questions are PRICE and RELEASE DATE.
