I'm sorry to see that. There is always a problem with LED production, called "float." This is the degree of color temperature that the LED color can vary, just based on the LED chip used, design, and construction. We had one bad batch of switchbacks a while ago that had terrible float, but we quickly returned them all to the manufacturer (over 1200 bulbs) and replaced them with all of our customers. Current float should only be around 200 kelvin maximum, so I would guess that you somehow got a bad bulb or something. We do test side-by-side right before shipment to eliminate this problem as well. Thanks for your patience as we correct the problem.

Hey it's no biggie man, you guys took care of me with no issues, and i'll probably have the new bulb tomorrow. If I had to guess with the naked eye, I'd say the left bulb is about 4500-5000k, and the right bulb is 6000-7000k. Everything else i got from you guys has been great

I installed switchback with resistor ( green +black ) passenger side. At first its white but when I do a signal it stays amber. Any reason why?

Both stage 1 and 2 will have a hint of blue to them, matching your HIDs. The only difference being stage 2 are brighter then stage 1, no color difference.

Good Question. The $37 front turn is a single color bulb. The $44 front turn is a switchback bulb. They both fit the GenCpe. Any other questions?
