Ok so I'm in N.Alabama. 35951, and cmd has been overly problematic. Constant dtc's and cel problem and now (2nd cmd) bootloader mode erased my map and have gotten a new pc because of hdd failure. And have no clamp values set. With the car having some major mods I.e. turbo swapped. I don't think I can log them. Looking to load a map to make it run but need to find a pro to tune this for me maybe it will solve my problems. Who is close and cheap??

I am not aware of any tuner that is "cheap." In your area, you can look for a dyno center as they usually have a tuner on hand. From this page, you can choose your state (you might be close to a state line, so border states might also apply for you): Dynojet Automotive Dyno Centers

You might try starting with the clamps in the OLD 16/20psi maps you can find on this website.
