Good question ~ LOL.. NOT YET.
Everything works except Navigation + DMB.
I'll have to do some research to find out if i can put a NA map into it.

Hey Eclee!!

Very, very good work!

I have a 2.0t, the one with the manual climate controls, just like you.

I want to add a new headunit, not really navigation. I want a pioneer or Kenwood Head Unit, I dont like the way the standar HU works.

My question is, do you think, a DVD HeadUnit will fit in the bezel you bought in Korea? And how did you get it, I cant understand anything on the link you provided.

Thanks man!

DVD headunit will not fit in the bezel. there is no way, because my Navigation is only .75inch thick and it fited just right. DOn't even try. ~

My friend just came back from korea for summer school, and she was nice enough to bring me what i ordered despite the fact that she had a lot of stuff. ^^

Hey Bro, thanks for answering!

That answer is really valuable, I have always tough I can fit a DVD Player in there.

I guess al of we who have 2.0T got ****ed up to intall an aftermarket dash, the OEM dash is just crap.

I hope someone comes out with that blue screen relocater over here. I'd love to do a carputer setup and just put a 7" LCD touch screen in the place of navi.

Default re: LCD relocator

Unless I've misunderstood something here, his LCD is going to read the exact same things it always did. (He's still got the factory head-unit installed and wired up to it. He simply used the relocator kit to move it physically to the bottom of the center stack.)

In the case of the unavi, they apparently designed its software and display so it can do everything the original LCD did, making it possible to scrap the original.... This Korean GPS unit has no such customization for a Genesis Coupe's setup, so it's not going to be able to duplicate the info displayed on the original LCD screen.

Great job! Love the fact that you are using the slots behind the coupe badge for the SD card reader and USB port.

Good luck with getting the NA maps to work!

YUP. The JY custom package actually comes with all the accessories you need to install.

You probably have to have small dremel to cut out few plastic parts.

this DIY is not EASY, trust me. if you are hardcore DIY guy(like me^^), then you'll b fine.
