Default ECM Update?

Disclaimer: I searched, albeit not thoroughly...

There was an issue with the earlier GCs cutting power when shifting at redline. Apparently there was an ECU update released for this but I never had time to hassle the dealer for it... Before I attempt to, can someone link me the TSB or the update code/number so I can prove it to the dealer if need be?

Thanks!

With your VIN number, the dealer will tell you exactly what updates need to be done. Giving them a call would be the best thing. Depending when your car was built and where the update might have already be installed.

Cheers!

And don't forget to turn off traction control before you try shifting at red line! Otherwise the computer will NOT let you dump the clutch.

Have fun!
