I don't think those two are the same. The center spokes in the photo looks a lot more sharp compared to the one you guys sent. Also, the one in the photo looks plastic not fiberglass O_O.

If memory serves, the MyRide diffuser needs some decent modifications in order to fit a US plate.

Just to clarify...
MyRides actually has three different versions of their diffuser. The same one that is offered by us, VIS and GCT are all identical, though some are from different molds. The one that the OP posted is a slightly different version. The strafes are longer and pointy and the exhaust port openings are smaller.

I haven't imported that diffuser since 2009 I think. Those original MyRides diffusers really don't fit that well at all--and since most people around here are DIY-ers, it's difficult for me to offer a part that I know will need modification. That's actually the reason why we stopped selling them like 3 years ago after that first shipment came in. I ended up having to install each and every one on my own car, fix the fitment and then send to customers.
Now that we have a USA-made version of the diffuser that pretty much everyone else has seen from VIS and GCT, I know that one has been corrected and is vastly easier to install. It's what I'd prefer to focus my energies on for the current time. However, if there is more demand for strafes that curve outwards like that, then it just might be possible to change the mold so we can offer this version instead.
