Saw this exhaust in another hyundai meet thread and totally loving it. I didn't want to threadjack or anything so made my own. Can someone help me and tell me what kind of exhaust/tips this is?

Yup, what he said...it was one of the dealers axelback upgrade options...made for Hyundai Canada...the word on the street is its made by AEM or possibly HKS?

It`s made by AEM. Not worth the $900ish for an axleback though.

Hey, that's my car .

The non-staggered tip exhaust offered by Hyundai Canada is made by AEM.
The staggered tip one is made by Vibrant. Hyundai Canada brought it out in mid 2010 I believe in response to customer requests.

It is definitely expensive for just an axleback, but I didn't pay $900 as I got it on sale for $600. Plus it maintains warranty, which I'm happy about as I've had some rattles caused by the deep sound from the exhaust, and they had to take care of them since it's a Hyundai part that's made for the car.

Not really, they're not staggered from what I remember and the tips don't have the same type of lip.

Warranty can not be voided by an aftermarket part unless the aftermarket part is the direct cause of the damage/problem.

Can a US Hyundai Dealership buy or import that exhaust and the US customer picks it up at their local dealer - anyone know? Is there an actual Hyundai part number associated with the exhaust?

I know we already established what exhaust is on the black Gencoupe but I believe Tanabe Medalion offers a system with staggered tips as well and it is a full catback.
