I did a search of the forum and found people discussing hood replacements and funtional vs. non-functional vents and yadda yadda yadda, but....

Has anyone seen or heard of something we can use to just replace the accents with something solid? Something that just fills in the space without being an embarrassing fake hood vent is essentially what I'd prefer.

I don't know how it would look in person, but I'm envisioning something with no features/design that is or can be painted the same color as the rest of the car and just bolts right into the existing holes.

Like I said, I don't know how it would look, but I'd much rather there be space fillers ("Yeah, those are there just incase I wanna put some vents in... you know..... because racecar...") than the two embarrassing fake vents that scream "poser!" that are there.

oh! i skimmed through the other threads and saw nothing like what i was suggesting... i saw a lot of pictures and discussion of replacing the accents with "functional" vents, but thats not what i would be interested in.

but! apparently i missed the parts i was looking for. i'll lock this thread if thats possible and look again through the other posts

yeah, i see that now, but most people seem to be interested in real vents it seems (regardless of functionality)...
