I bought a bumper from you and i am thoroughly pissed. showed up all cracked. I got issued a credit for less than the value of the bumper and now I am paying to have it repaired myself ($600ish + install still). By shipping it to the body shop directly I saved a few bucks but they didn't have time to inspect it and now UPS won't play ball. Please, please, PLEASE start using some serious bubble wrap and offer a shipper service that is not UPS. if there is one thing a canadian online shopper hates its united parcel smashers.

I'm actually dealing with their customer service again today trying to get all of my money back. It wouldn't mount up at all and had i mounted it the material was so weak the wind could have torn my bumper. duraflex out, polyurethane, in. I'll give ED a little credit. Kurram (the sales guy who posts here) didn't make this bumper, in all likelihood he never even saw it. It isn't his fault that the product was bad and that it showed up in the state it did. Their customer service and him have been very polite and professional. But somewhere along the line in their process someone shipped out a poorly packaged, poor quality product that does not fit on my vehicle. For this reason I discourage anyone to buy their duraflex products. I don't want to discredit them all together (anyone tried their carbon creations stuff? is it bad too? is it awesome?)

Hey,

I really apologize about all the difficulties your facing with this bumper. I've been away for a while from this forum because I've been working on upgrading our customer service standards. It's getting better day by day and in your unique situation, I am very upset that the money was not returned, I tried my best to fight for it. I really am here to work for you guys. Btw, what was the final outcome? I know I set you up with Victor from our Customer Service department, did we come to a resolution where you were satisfied?

Also, I wanted to know if you didn't want the bumper because you had to trim the crash bar? Just basing this off of this thread: http://www.gencoupe.com/exterior/466...-wheels-2.html

The crash bar was an issue, but I found a street legal work around for that. However when I went to my body shop to discuss the crash bar replacement that would allow it to fit they told me and showed me how bad the quality was even after they tried their best with it. so the crash bar sucks but that wasn't the deciding factor.

Victor wouldn't play ball. He saw the original pictures and didn't see reason to refund the purchase price. I would never, ever put my name on a product with that poor of a quality. He seemed quite proud of it. I didn't have new pictures of the poor bolt up because I told the body shop they could just throw it out. They were pretty happy that they wouldnt have to work on it anymore. Thanks for your help kurram, but I won't be buying any more ED products and I've been sharing my story where I can.
