Default Spamming for post count

There has been an increase in the amount of spam posts recently by members looking to raise their post count so they can access features that require a certain number of posts. This needs to stop. It's not hard to make ten constructive posts so you can post links, images, or send PMs. And if you're spamming just so you can sell something, the reason we have the limits set as they are is so you have some kind of history with the forum.

If you can't take the time to make legitimate posts, the mods will make time to delete all of the spam and hand out vacations or bans, depending on the number of infractions. Nobody wants to see the forum cluttered up with spam, gibberish, and nonsense.

Thanks for your cooperation. Doubly thanks to those that flag and report those spam posts. Keep it up!

I know you don't want any post here SJ, but my question is important concerning N20's post. How do I mark someone as spam? I've looked all over thread tools, Linkbacks, ect. and cant find anywhere to mark as Spam. Also looked under individual posters and under peoples profiles. I feel that if i have found a Spam post I should at least mark it as spam while i'm there. Does the Spam icon have anything to do with it?

thanks in advance, and lets keep the post count low in this thread. If someone knows just let me know and then no one else post. I don't need my post spamming up this thread and having people tell me "idk" or anything along those lines. A simple explanation would do great...Actually just PM me.

Again,Thanks in advance

Click the exclamation point on the left side of the post.
