18psi is the point when the BOV opens and does a soft boost cut.
We are currently running a Tial BOV, so no concerns there.

The clutch slips around 380whp. Which is why everyone in Korea is at 350-360whp.
We have not seen any clutch slippage yet, but that may change this afternoon....

The torque curve is nice and flat, but the hp curve is very peaky. I would like to see a fatter hp curve with less peak hp. Maybe with more tuning you can get there.

If we could rev it higher, the torque is bound to fall off sooner or later, when that happens hp has to flatten mathmatically. We just can't get around the factory revlimiter yet.

You do know that HP is dependent on TQ and RPM? If tq stays perfectly flat there is no possible way for HP to not stay at the same incline. What you are looking for is a spike in torque that fades off more and more just like the car is setup from the factory.

I assume the rev limiter is fuel cut not spark like most factory setups correct?

On my Nissan's SR20DET rev cut was done by fuel... Top speed cut was done by spark = HUGE fire balls at about 115MPH.

Coming.....Tim is working on them as I type this. We did do a few more pulls today, but called it quits after we ran into a wall with the Factory catback. It made more HP, but it wasn't proportionally correct to the 16psi stuff. I did get the 16 psi tune better AFR wise, and it ended up at 314hp, but I still think the factory catback is restrictive at this point as well.

Drive by wire throttle hauls things down in a hurry just by tipping the throttle blade closed. No violent rev limiter to bang off of here.

i'm taking it that there are no clutch replacements yet? replacing a clutch is easy and (relatively) cheap

Can I get confirmation on the parts you changed to make this happen?

Turbo, downpipe and midpipe, intake, intercooler and piping, boost controller, new injectors and maybe wastegate?
New manifold for the turbo or an adaptor?

Turbo, Primary Cat delete pipe (PCDP), downpipe, Secondary Cat delete pipe (SCDP), intake, intercooler, piping, wastegate spring@16psi, new injectors (600cc).

We didn't touch the engine itself, or intake manifold, and so far we are still using the stock catback.
