Hey everyone,

Currently driving a 2005 Legacy GT, regular at NASIOC.com, from the 310 area

Interested in either the Genesis coupe or sedan as my next car

Hi guys,

I'm Sebastien from Quebec, Canada. I live in a town 1 hour North of Montreal. I actually own a 2006 Toyota Solara SE V6. I like it a lot. However, I wanted to have 2 cars for a near future...a winter beater + a real summer sport car. I was aiming used Gs or Zs but depending on the price and aftermarket support, the odds are good for me to buy a top of the line 3.8L Gen Coupe with the manual 6-speed.

I saw some preview pics of some Gen Coupe that will be presented at Sema next November. I like a lot the "Street concept" minus all the red stuff at the front !

Just the fact that you're both from Jersey is pretty odd.

Default Tufast is finally here!

Considering my admiration for the GenCoupe, I'm sorry I haven't already came over & introduced myself. I'm a 39yr old single male w/no children (I'm just a big kid myself) who enjoys modifying my cars to make them my own. I don't truely feel ownership until I've done something to differentiate them. I work as a service advisor for the last 10yrs for a Hyundai dealership, so if you have any questions or there is anything I can help with, just let me know.
P.S. By the way, some of you may know me from GenesisForums.org, sabbasaun

I'm an Alaskan at heart, stuck in Idaho, pursuing my BA in chemistry. Should graduate this spring, and I plan on rewarding myself for 8 years of school with a new car. I currently have been driving my Mitsubishi Eclipse since I got out of highschool. It will be as old as my college career when I graduate! I plan on getting a white 2.0T Track or R-spec and either blacking or whiting out the headlamp housing first thing, then dropping it and getting a set of Rota Battles (or any other nice 5-spoke wheel). I don't care too much for it being fast; I have an auto Eclipse GT, 0-60 is about 7.5 sec @ 205 hp and nice low end torque. This probably won't feel like much of a different beast except for the suspension, hopefully. My love of Hyundai stems from the 2000 Tiburon I owned and also my Korean blood.

p.s. I'm a Samsung whore

I think Best Buy is going to start carrying the Samsung Laptops. I bought this Asus eee a few months ago right before I learned that Samsung made freakin laptops! I got a 40" plasma, Instinct, and NV7 camera. I'd have a blue-ray too if the credit card companies didn't catch on. And I'd probably seriously consider their cars if they imported them...

I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I work for Precision Hyundai for 8yrs. Parts Manager in training. Right now i have a 2007 Sonata GLS, looking to get a Gen coupe 3.8 track pack. The plan for the v6 is to supercharge it. My last summer car was a 1993 240sx coupe http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f6...w/IMG_4650.jpg

I can't wait to see the genesis coupe in person.

ps: I am also a Samsung whore

Thanks for the welcome guys, also good to see you Sebas007 & FLesHBox. You're right sabbasaun, it takes alot of time to keep up, esp since I also spend a bunch of time on Bimmerfest, but more reading, than responding.
Also; I've decided to read all threads on this site in their entirety to get caught up/make sure I didn't miss anything. Just now on my 26th page of general info, so please no one post on that one til' I'm done. MuhaaMuhaa
