Holy cow you guys in the U.S get good rates. I'm 23, never had a ticket of ANY sort, had my license since I was 16, and we are currently paying $300/month for full coverage on the Genesis, Comprehensive on our 2009 Toyota Matrix XR, and thats also with house insurance.

And that is a steal compared to every other insurance company we got a quote from. Our 98 Accord V6 was actually quite a bit more to insure...Im in Ontrario, Canada btw.

27yo male with clean record and 800+ credit score

Genny has:
50k/50k/50k liability
Full Comp with $500 deductible
Full Collision with $500 deductible
$3500 in upgrades (tho I need to adjust this higher soon)

3000gt has:
50k/50k/50k liability
Full comp with $0 Deductible
No collision

$150 a month total through Geico. Pretty sure my credit and deductibles help keep it down.

28 Male
Esurance
$75 or $80 per month or something like that. I was paying $60, but the Genny up jumped my rates. Oh well, it's worth $20,000 more.

Liability is dirt cheap for me.

$100 comp, $1,000 collision.

I currently drive a Nissan Altima but am planning on purchasing a Gen coupe before August. I don't know much about insurance but reading from my Geico report, I am currently paying a little over $3100 per year. I am under my parents' insurance. Full coverage. 21 year old male. New Jersey.

Am I paying too much?

Just about $1300 a year, but I have a few tickets in my history. Don't ever believe that "We only look at your past 3 years" crap insurance companies give you. They will hold your ENTIRE history against you.
