I am making this thread to track common issue threads in hopes of reducing the number of re-posted issues.
Rather than spending days searching through every thread looking for common issues, I would like everyone to PM me with the common issues and the best thread regarding them. I will assemble these threads, merging them if necessary and post a link to the best overall thread in here. Moving forward I will try to keep an eye out for new common issues and add them as they come up, but please feel free to PM a moderator or use the "report post" option to notify us if you feel that a thread should be added. If you use the report post feature make sure to explain that you are reporting it as a common issue so that we don't think that there is something wrong with the thread  Muchas Gracias!
