[[BTRcc]] Gauging Interest in a product "Navigation Bezel w/ LCD relocation kit" - Genesis Forum: GenCoupe Hyundai Genesis Forums

We have been watching the forums for a while and it seems like there may be some demand for Navigation bezels w/ LCD relocation kit.

There are two types of these bezels.

Type A

Type B

Type B is a bit more expensive than the Type A.

However, Type B doesn't require you to cut the top speaker cover like Type A. At the same time Type A allows you to extend USB and SD card slots to the front under the "Coupe" cover.

Who would be interested if we were to run a group purchase on these kits? and which type would be you be intersted in?

so a indash would go there instead where the oem radio is? or just like a gps screen

These kits keep your stock radio intact, you can either put a 7-8" Navigation unit such as the Magellan units or some have been installing 7" tablets for more versatility.

One of my questions would be the pricing?

These kits are usually available already, via eBay auctions, but the price is kinda high. (EG. eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices )

I already have a type-B bezel because I got it with my uNavi ... but I never have been able to get it to sit completely flush in the dash. No matter what I carved away at inside, I still had a small gap under the left-hand front edge of the darn thing. In the process of removing and reinstalling it multiple times, I broke off one of the plastic clips that holds it down too.

For the right price, I might like to buy a replacement for it.

It's a post regarding if there are any interest, the list was there to see how much demand would be there for each type of item. It's not a sign up sheet to obligate anyone into purchasing a product.

The Type B kits are definitely higher priced than the Type A.
If we decide to offer these kits we would definitely offer them at the most reasonable price possible without killing the market for other vendors (that's just not a good way to conduct business)

Seems like many are interested in the type B more than the type A.

We will work out our pricing with our Korean Partner and get you guys the best pricing possible.

However, sending us PM's asking to beat out Poweraxel's group purchase pricing is unfair to Poweraxel and BTRcc. We will not be matching Poweraxel's group purchase pricing because that is not a proper way to conduct business relations.

We will offer these kits at individual pricing and once Poweraxel is finished with their group purchase we may hold our own group purchase session for the kits.
