Default Driving Seat Position (MT/Base)

I am having trouble getting a super comfortable seat position and am stuck between 2 settings. Either leg comfort or back comfort.

Which would you choose? or if you have another idea I can try please post it.

Leg comfort- Legs are comfortable, not bent too much but seat back is very vertical causing pressure on my lower back. If I click the seat-back 1 click, I have to stretch to push the clutch to the floor.

Back comfort - seat back is a click back from the other setting but the entire seat is 1 click forward. Making my right leg to be bent more and having to tilt my foot back more when applying little pressure on the gas pedal. Causing the achilles tendon to stretch more.

This applies to MT cars with base trim since we don't have power seats that can make fine adjustments.
Oh and this is for daily driving, not track use. =)

i have the same issue - and i never had to do this with any other car but as soon as im driving for more than 20 km... wallet is out and in the dash...

i find i sit with the seat pretty vertical with my back flush against the back of the seat. and then my wrist can sit on top of the steeringwheel with NO stretching... this lets you have the most control and i have found it to be quite comfortable...

try raising your seat too... that may help

Unfortunately that doesn't quite work for me. If my back and my right leg are comfortable, my left leg has to really stretch to push the clutch to the floor (I'm a "clutch to the floor" shifter, not a "clutch is in enough" type). I suppose I can set up this way and I'll eventually get used to it but I don't feel like I have any clutch control with my leg stetched out so much.
Maybe I can add a block to the clutch pedal or something.

Anyways more votes and ideas please.

but i know what you're talking about once i get used to 1 sitting position im stuck with it.. then say i feel lazy & take my car to a car wash.. bastards always move my chair & i can never get it the same! OAHOSIGAGOI

try to move your chair closer so your left foot can fully clutch and just recline it so your backs comfortable probably best idea i think

depends where I am driving.

If I am on the track I sit fairly close to the wheel and pretty upright.

If I am driving on the street I tend to sit further away and a bit more reclined.

get thick (or uber thin) shoes to make up the click difference one way or another.

I have the (8-way power adjustable seat or w/e it's called). I have the seat back as far as it will go, the back tilted down as far as it will go, and the front tilted up as far as it will go. This is primarily so I'm not eating my knees as I drive. I feel bad for anyone taller than me who owns this car. That being said, it's comfortable for my legs and back, the only issue is I have to drive with my hands at 4 and 8 o'clock on the wheel, or really reach to get 10 and 2.

Only 6'0" I guess I have long legs...

I also wear size 13 shoes, which adds a bit more space for the ball of my food to rest on the pedal.

I would having back comfort is more important since its not moving as much as my legs are.

Legs = constantly moving = not much time to get comfortable

back = static position = will get sore after a while
