Dominica wanted a lot of power. And she actually drives the car by road racing. Its tough to have adequate cooling to the radiator with a 5" thick intercooler in the way.

This is NOT ever going to be sold as a "bolt on kit". This is in-shop only, and will benefit cars that are road racing on a semi-regular basis with more power than stock.

FYI guys, the Twin Scroll T4 FP3586 that Dominica chose to run was hitting more than 20psi well before 4000rpm. Boost was positive well below 2000rpm.

We offer the Twin scroll manifolds in T3, T4, twin TiAL MVS gates.

The turbo manifold won't be a problem, but you still may have to modify the piping to get a perfect fit.

Here's a pic of Nica's manifold just prior to install.

The intake manifold won't work with anything even close to factory piping, sorry. You'll have to perform modifications to what you currently have, or bring the car here and we can easily get it done.

WoW! That's some serious spooling for that big a turbo.

Those exhaust pipe runners look to be near perfect even length & love the dual WGs.

Definately beyond my build expectations, but still fun to look at & follow.

Because they need to, it is a divided housing/twin scroll for faster spool, so two runners go to the turbo and the other two go to the turbine, so they need one WG for each runner grouop, or two WG's total. There is another thread on twin scroll somewhere if you do a search that speaks of how/why it works.

what up Jake! yeah i"ve been thinking about the BR clutch setup for while now. but apparently Competition Clutch came to Jotech this week and they said for me to wait. but with all that is going on BR is still a really good option.

At this time, no 02 housing available. We aren't really setting up to sell the caliber of parts for the "average bolt-on guy." We've had a full bolt-on kit available since July of 2009 and haven't had much luck with selling them. We changed our product scope for the hardcore crowd that are looking for the best parts available to fill voids in their existing or ongoing builds.

If you guys can't fab up the missing parts, bring the car here and we will do it. While the car is here, we will check over the rest of the build and make sure everything is up to par. We tune with the AEM F/IC with great success, we could easily tune your Genesis as well. If you're expecting to bolt on a Twin-Scroll manifold and larger turbo without serious tuning, along with supporting fuel mods, you're going to be pretty bummed out when you send a rod out the side of the block.

We are all over the country on a monthly basis, we can grab the car in our enclosed trailer. We can't wait for another build like Nica's. Who's next?

I'll be on the east coast almost once a month for the next 8 months, lol. If you have another car to drive, I can pick up the car, build whatever is in your wildest dreams, and re-deliver.

I don't think Jermaine will fly out here again, it was a little too Rural for him.

How much of a gut punch is that intake manifold?

I would need about $1500. There will be around 40 hours of labor into it, but there isn't another manifold out there to rival it. As of now, the intake manifold's are not something I want to build on a regular basis, they are just too labor intensive.
