I haven't been active on here in a really long time, but I wanted to share with you the build that I've been putting together for the longest time. I posted all of the build progress updates on Facebook, and then later on Instagram because I received requests to post on an account there, so in this thread I'll post the captions along with the picture and the date to get you up to speed.

The beginning stages of the new Trybrid SX Bumper!!! I've designed it to incorporate choice features and components from 3 different Genesis Bumpers (2 aftermarket, 1 OEM). A finishing touch was inspired by the Nissan Silvia line, hence the "SX", haha.
Super stoked to see the renderings take shape. It's going to look VEEEERY different and SUUUUPER aggressive once we finish it

FIIIIIIIIIINALLY FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Almost 2 years of designing, planning, collecting parts, building wheels, customizing suspensions, and fabricating body panels has finally led to the vehicle you see below.
I give thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for just blessing me with the opportunity to design. Whether it be at work, or for the church, or for my own little hobbies, He has definitely inspired me and is the source of my creativity. Love you God
Secondly I want to give a BIG thanks to Auto Explosion Custom Auto Body. These guys were able to take several views of the custom Genesis design I gave them and fabricate an AMAZINGLY clean looking body kit. The lines, the seams, the creases and the overall quality is top notch! I really enjoyed working with these guys and would highly recommend them to anybody in need of custom work, repairs, or just having parts painted. You won't be disappointed
Thirdly I want to thank Martin, the Incredibly talented mechanic at Parts Shop MAX USA along with Dave and Dan for helping to customize the suspension to reach double digit negative camber and still ride like a dream. Bravo gentlemen.
Plus the good fellas at 714 TIRES for getting everything dialed in, and for keeping socks on my shoes. Thanks guys!
And I gotta thank my man Mike Carducci for hooking me up with all of the base body panels and miscellaneous parts I used for the build. I always appreciate your help good sir.
And lastly, I want to thank my family, friends, and all of my Facebook and GenCoupe peeps for being so helpful, supportive, encouraging along the build process. You guys are awesome!!!

SO! According to the some of the reviews, my car "LOOKS LIKE A SPACESHIP" haha
and has also been deemed "UNDRIVEABLE"
So if both of these are true, even though I've posted pics of my Gen at several different locations, the only logical explanation is "ALIENS"

Here's a preview of some minor tweaks I'm making to the rear once the cup kit is finished. I already debadged the trunk, but I'm going to be removing the red fade from the tails to expose the chrome again, and go all glossy black on the diffuser.
Lovin how clean this scheme looks.

WOW! Hats off to Platinum VIP for the superb cup kit install and tight fitment on the alignment The owner, Kennedy, was great to work with.
Surprisingly they actually ended up lowering my driving height even more than when I had first dropped it off, but they got'er sittin' pretty. And now, when I approach an obstacle, I can just shoot some air in the cups to raise the car, keep rollin, and lower it back down onto the springs of the coilovers.
