Default Nikko's Tsukuba Red and Black Dual Projector HID Retrofit Headlights w/ RGB Angel Eye

I built this set of lights way back when I just started doing the retrofits at GCtuner. I rushed them, and wasn't nearly as experience as I have become now, so I spent way too little time fixing the projectors into place. As a result, they rattled around in those headlights like crazy, lol, meaning insane bright light shining up into the sky at weird angles, etc.

Nikko told me he wanted to get some new work done to them, mainly just repainting the red bezel that was originally shot with a generic 1 stage red, and going with a true Tsukuba Red. We had the chrome shrouds painted Bathurst Black as well, and fixed up those projectors to put out some seriously mean double HID low beams. This time those projectors are aimed just right, and the paint came out amazing.

Can't wait to see them on the car next week!

@trustinger man you were just ready to pounce on that? I fixed it before I thought anyone had even viewed the thread, lol.

@16 - BIT much appreciated. Every one of these jobs is different from the last, so I get to see a pretty good mix of tastes and styles. Some I absolutely love, while others I really dont care for... but I like getting paid to do em

These particular lights I actually really do like. The RGB are great for attention whoring, and the car they belong to really needs to be a show whore if nothing else

Woot! Can't wait either man. I'll have some shots tomorrow of a dope set of White Headlights on a White Gen that's at my place right now. White on White, Gray on Gray, and Red on Red, and Black on Black OEM paint jobs so far, to accompany the 90% of my builds that are Satin Black lol.

Chris,

On this setup, the outside turn signal indicator is red to match the bezel, has the signal been removed, or am I blind?

Fly: Have a block against saying, "sick," when I think something is cool. So instead, I'll use something my dad's said for years, "Trick!" Very awesome, man, very awesomely cool!
