Just got my 2013 r-spec tinted today. Went with 35%. Not super dark, don't want the cops chasing me all over the place.. plus PA has ridiculous tint laws. But I think it looks good

What color is the interior on yours? My tint is 30% on a black car with black interior and it looks much darker, but that may just be a function of the interior color..

Here it is parked next to a '12 Track..

No, its all the way around. Not sure why the doors look lighter, might have just been the angle.

Not sure what? Not sure if dark enough? One thing I'm sure of is I don't want the police bothering me lol. They are asinine about it here in PA.

Just looks SUPER light, maybe its your interior pointed out above, my car isnt tinted yet i get pulled over all the time at night cause cops think my car is super tinted ;p and its silver with grey interior...so i dont think its as bad in PA as it is in memphis c.c

Alright.. I know why your's looks darker. Your photo is a direct side view. So what you are seeing is a combination of the tint on BOTH of your door windows! Mine is at a bit of an angle and you can see through my windshield through my door window. I'll have to get a shot directly from the side today and then compare

Check out the difference in how the door tint looks from a rear angle view and side view on this car.. Updated pics of my MB coupe! They have 35% too.

Would like to tint mine dark ( like in Fla where anything goes, limo tint), but here in NC it is different. The law here wants to see in your car and you will never pass inspection with a dark tint.

Yeah pretty much the same here. I'd like to keep my tint for a while and not draw the attention of the first cop I see haha.

NJ law states no front tint allowed at all. I'll just deal with it if I happen to get pulled over.
