Yo GENRACER...get these cams and if you guys can prove the 20-50whp that was noted a couple weeks ago by the team in Texas and that they are good then I'm buying!

A couple weeks ago i came across a thread on another forum and they had a vid of the cams in a stock turbo genesis...22whp and 29 tq with 59 miles on the od.

I'm glad I haven't cleared out my history...

Interesting..more information or even a tester would be nice!! Definetly would be worth it when you're ready to rebuild the internals of the engine!

Oil ports for the CVVT/MIVEC are not the same. It hasn't been confirmed if the difference is enough to make 4B11 cams un-usable but it certainly has the potential to do so. Even though both engines are similar in some respects, I would be extremely hesitant to put cams designed for the 4B11 into a Theta because of the differences that are known. Someone would have to do some pretty thorough testing to determine if they were viable but IMO it would be better to just start with blanks for the Theta and develop cams specifically for our engines.
