Yeah, gotta be careful with those two bolts, they don't need to be torqued much. Luckily they're just there to hold on that bracket which is not part of the suspension. Unless someone know otherwise I believe the bracket is just there to protect the forward subframe mounts from damage if a large object gets kicked up under the car, so you are fine as long it's still firmly held in place by the bolt you didn't strip.

Thanks a lot I didn't imagen it damaging to much because it's on snug with one bolt an the subframe bolt torqued in. Hopefully gencoupegeek can give his input. But oh man these things make it night and day with my car being so low

Then put the subframe nut on the bolt and start tightening it by hand, do not use an impact gun, the collar will push the frame into alignment as it goes in, then you can back the nut off, put the dust plate on there and tighten it all the way up.

If you have several with the issue start with the one that's closest to aligned and work from there, as you get more of them installed the frame should get closer to centered.
Did the same thing. And pryed on it. My subframe was stupid ****ed. My alignment was off by about 1.5 degrees for the toe on the front wheels. It was bad

I just had high beams installed HID conversion and was told by dealer the low beams were already HID's. I want to change out the fogs also which takes a 881 bulb. Does the fog lights need a conversion kit installed also?

I have not taken my shift boot off but what kind of shift knob does a 2014 2.0 use?

It's a fork type shift knob. Give it a 1/8th turn counterclockwise and pull hard.

Ah. Missed where he said 2014. From what it sounds like you need to get a short throw to change the knob. Or have your shifter threaded to fit a shift knob

Seems like a headache to change the knob haha. Here's something I can't figure out at all. My front right coilover is clunking I've removed it a hundred times checke it out and everything is fine. Now I have noticed that the rubber boot on my drop link is torn and the drop Lin could possibly be damaged. I get a clunking really bad over bumpers and my tires is rubbing the inner wheel we'll badly . I understand I'm slammed but it's only happening on one side? Could the drop link be causing all of this?

Hi, I was wondering if my bov, boost tee, and waste gate are hooked up right because I am not hitting target psi. I have a BR stage 3 and only get up to 18 psi.

Green lines are waste gate and boost tee vacuum line and red line is bov.

I'll try that this weekend. Thanks!

Is my mbc hooked up right? Reason I ask is because it's set to its max setting and I'm still only at 18 psi.

Okay... two things I see...

One... your MBC should run between the boost tap on the compressor to the wastegate directly. Do not go through the OEM wastegate solenoid.

Second... if you want to run your BOV off of your OEM boost control solenoid valve, you must tee that boost tap off of the compressor so that you can run both your MBC and pressurize your wastegate solenoid valve. If you take a look at the backside of the wastegate solenoid valve you'll notice a tee connector that taps some of that pressure from the turbo to the boost control solenoid. If you disconnect the pressure source your BOV won't hold because it uses both boost pressure and vacuum to operate. Boost pressure helps keep the BOV closed against the intake pressure when accelerating. When you let off the gas, the boost solenoid valve switches from the boost source to the vacuum source to open the BOV.
