My contribution to start, I wish I had taken a better pic of the burger but my hands were already shaky from excitement.

Restaurant Name: The Refuge
Location: San Carlos, CA

The house make all of their own thick cut patrami. It is seriously like fcking butter. Amazing. The goofy fries are crispy thin fries topped with chopped pastrami and homemade cheese sauce.

I didn't take any pics, but the greatest burger I have EVER had in my life.

FOX Restaurant Concepts - Zinburger: Wine & Burger Bar in Tuscon, but it is in Phoenix, AZ too.

You don't even need to chew it, it just melts in your mouth.

I'm pretty sure I went there when I was in Phoenix a few weeks ago I'll have to text my coworker and ask him if that's what the place was called. One of the best burgers of my life indeed. So buttery.

I had this for lunch yesterday: The 25 Burgers Menu (click #10)

If you're ever in Jersey, you must stop by one of their locations.

That menu looks awesome.

Natural Farm Chicken Breast: pounded, panko breaded in a sauce of tomatillo cream, goat cheese, bacon and tortilla pico de gallo 22

That's my choice. FedEx it to me please!

Native New Yorker in Mesa, Az- honey hot wings and loaded garlic bread from the other night.

And a couple of my creations- apple streusel cheesecake and mini strawberry cheesecakes with chocolate covered strawberries.

It's actually pretty simple. Quick marinade of the tilapia. Corona, lime juice, lemon juice, and sea salt. I marinaded it for about 4 hours. A quick ceviche almost.
Then cook that however. I grilled it. It cooks fast as hell. Put some jack cheese, tangerines and half an avocado on each. Yea, I love avo too.
