Totally random (duh) but my damn National Geographic hasn't shown up yet in the mail. It usually comes a week or so before the month of the issue (feb issue comes late jan). Now I going through knowledge withdrawal, stupid mail. I see it on store shelves already, but the day I say F**k it and buy it is the day it comes in the mail.

1st world problems.

Thus is why I haven't ordered any switchbacks yet, I'm so skeptical of DD. Hope you get them soon!

Just found out my wheels are in the province and on their way to the powercoater soon!

DD seems pretty good to me. Ordered a bunch of stuff and it came in about 2 weeks. Can't really expect any better than that from USPS.
Their customer service seems good.
I have an issue with my fog light LEDs being different colours. They got back to me within a day. I sent them a photo and they are sending me a new set

Hopefully the switchbacks are good once I make another attempt at putting them in.

There's a good place in Whitby to get some switchbacks bud. Tool time is the name.

Ah cool, I'm not too worried about the switchbacks at the moment. I'll keep that in mind though.

On the list at the moment is a Grimmspeed intake manifold and phelonic spacers, torque solutions rear dif mount, and figure out what to do with my shitty sequence sideskirts.

Oh, anyone want (to buy) my Prodigy front lip? It in ok condition, one or two little rock chips and two spots where you can see cracks in the fiberglass under the clear coat. Great for those with a silverstone who don't really care about extreme up close details, or an easy fix for anyone who would want to repaint it. I love the look of it, but I'm trying a new direction with my lip kit.

lol! I don't even know what your doing!

I'm thinking of plastidipping my sequence sides to hide all the cracks, reinstalling them, then getting one of those Excess Motorsports front lips or the Kplayground B type front lip and plastidipping that for consistencies sake.

My big issue is having these stupid Sequence sideskirts sitting around collecting dust. I don't want to get them refinished ($$$) just for them to crack again, so I'm just going to try a simple, clean solution and go for a matte black lip front and sides.

I like the look of the prodigy lip a lot, especially how it fills the center bumper portion, and the two tone finish. However, since I'm going low (HSD's) I have a feeling if I keep that fiberglass lip on there I'm going to demo it fairly quickly. Plus, it looks kind of empty for my tastes, having the front lip on but nothing on the sides. I think if I get something simple, cheap, and polyurethane I'll be better in the long run.

I have that Kplayground lip and it scrapes all the time. Scraped twice going in and out of cowcow's driveway on the weekend and 3 times this week entering/exiting parking lots. It's almost a daily occurrence and the lip is still in prefect shape besides a few scratches on the bottom that nobody sees. You can go low and be confident that it will hold up to the abuse. I also think the plastidip idea could turn out really well. I say you do it.

Speed bumps all day every day... no lip kits for me :P Anyone going to pull the trigger on overpriced Rhys Millen body parts?

PSA: Flash freeze warning in effect for Southern Ontario tonight

Scotch Update: Uncorked a bottle of one-of-a-kind batch Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix 2010. 47%, immature, almost bourbony, not peaty at all, minimal sweetness, kicks your ass to the ground before you know it. Getting tired of Glenfiddich, next one will be MacAllan 15. Stay tuned.

Surprisingly enough, most speed bumps I encounter are gradual enough and I can approach them in a fashion that i don't rub. Always hit on those steep rubber ones though, like the ones they put in the forks of the credit. That's why I love the poly lip. Takes the abuse all day long.

Jealous of your scotch. I haven't had anything but common Glens in a while.
