Hmm... this is definitely a formidable competitor to the upcoming Tiburon replacement. A 1.6L DI engine with 175hp powering the front wheels? In a great looking body? I hope Hyundai has something great under its sleeves because they are gonna need it once this comes out on the market.

This is definitely competing with the Civic SI, Golf GTI, Focus RS (if it ever comes over ).

I think its overkill to offer 3 different engine choices with small differences in HP on an economy car. Two engines should be the max. A 2.0 and a 1.6 Turbo should be adequate.

Kia Forte sedan is almost identical to Civic SI

As long as it drives well, I would buy that way before I would buy a Civic. Granted that isn't saying a whole lot, sorry to the Civic Nation.
