Considering u have Microsoft...

the best way to get it to the size u want:

-"open with" Microsoft Paint
- top left click "Image"
- then click "Strech/Skew"
- fill in the boxes for "Strech" ONLY. Dont f@#k with "Skew"... (ex. put 90 in both boxes... or 50 in both boxes...)
- click ok
- it should be resized
- save it.
- upload to photobucket or imageshack
