I was looking into buying LED angel eyes eventually and I came up with
these ones. They were reasonably priced and it couldn't hurt to try as
well. There are 54 individual LED's on a ring and then a plastic prism
like cover goes on top. Then there are the pos and neg wires with male
plugs at the end. I didn't find use for them so I just soldered it to
the sidemarker parking lights.

I could of got a set from diode dynamics or flyryde. But there seem to be issues with DD and I don't want to deal with CCFL. So maybe the eBay parts lived up to their name for once

The install is probably for those who are ballsy enough to bake your headlights and open it up or you already have done so already. But I recommend watching flyrydes DIY on opening the headlight and then the angel eye video. Also use his wire diagram too.

And lastly I thank 13Gencoupe for letting me use his oven so I can do the install and his other tools.

Great job, they seem decent for some eBay lights, I like how they put it in a plastic housing, and the LED's are so close together I hate that separated look, these look much better. Btw I really want your front bumber now but I'm not sure it would look so good with black as it does with the grey :P

They are pretty good quality for some ebay lights. Yeah the plastic housing makes that prism effect on the way light scatters. I seen a few good black vegas rolling around

Those lights just look so good with that bumper and color! Nice! You have a damn good looking gen. But I'm glad they're still working out. Might just pick them up because they do what I want and aren't expensive as all can be

Yeah I'm quite pleased how well they're holding up. They withstood 250 degrees in the oven and then below freezing temperatures. And yes the price isn't that bad at all. It is far less than what diode dynamics offers and a few other places. I used the oem nord gray paint for my headlight bezel. You can purchase it from http://www.automotivetouchup.com/ there are aerosol cans of our paint codes.

Sometimes the oem sealant is enough but I had issues with mine fogging up. So I bought more headlight sealant to make sure that issue won't arise.
