Not sure to be honest with you. . . . . . .I just know they have indicated their radiators are for the 3.8 manual transmission only. I read somewhere that with some slight modifications the Koyo will fit an automatic but I asked around what that modification exactly is and nobody could tell me. I didn't want to be the guinea pig unless I could get a pretty good discount on a new one and I could explain in detail with pics on what would need to be done!

My guess would be the cooler as otherwise the radiator is the same. Most radiators anymore just ship out with the cooler installed and if you don't need it you don't use it. You can easily add another cooler and just not use the radiator one. Good AT coolers are cheap on ebay. $20 gets you an excellent one.
Next weekend I'll try to put the 3.8L Koyo in my 2L track.
