The main differences are that we're changing from a 2-pc design that requires the KDM radiator cover to a 1-pc design AND the fitment is improved dramatically. This is the 3rd version of the fiberglass Sarona grill we've done thus far. It'll be released within the next couple of weeks. However, pricing will still be similar to the polyurethane version, so there really is little reason to go for fiberglass. We're mostly doing these improvements for the carbon fiber version. (CF and fiberglass use the same mold).
